Product Comment: Excellent hotel, however the car parking facilities are a big let down. Would definitely use the hotel again if parking spaces were larger, otherwise will look for an alternativer hotel for my next visit.
Service Comment: Excellent service. I changed my car just a few days before travel and replacement tickets were issued within 24 hours. Will definitely use Great Escapes again next year.
