Welcome to Parc Astérix
Parc Astérix opens on the 5th April through until 5th November 2008 with more crazy gaulish fun!
Wild thrills, breath-taking live shows and fun for all the family with more than 60 attractions in the open air, just 30 km north of Paris (approximately 260km/2.5 hours from Calais).
At Parc Astérix, they still think the year is 50 BC. The few remaining Romans, who garrison the surrounding fortified camps, live in fear of the valorous Asterix and his madcap friends - thanks to the Magic Potion brewed by the Village druid, Getafix, who fell in the Magic Potion as a boy, lives to hunt Wild Boar and Romans!
Together with Astérix and the yappy Dogmatix, they make life as hard as they can for the Roman Legionnaires.
Parc Astérix is the embodiment of the original Gaulish village and the crazy antics and adventures of the cartoon heroes Astérix and Obelix. Here, you'll find seven zany-zones packed full of amazing attracxtions, restaurants and crazy surprises for the smallest and largest of Gauls (and Brits!).
