Lowest Price Guarantee Conditions
If you find an identical holiday cheaper with another tour operator available for the same dates at a lower price than you have paid us, we will match the lower price, or cancel your booking free of charge within 5 days of booking.
Conditions
The holiday must be the following:
- Available on the same departure date, time, same duration and number of people in your party.
- Staying at the same accommodation, same room type and same board basis.
- Departing from the same UK port (Eurotunnel or ferry)
- Be offered from an ABTA tour operator holding an ATOL license.
This guarantee applies to packages only, not accommodation only, travel with Eurostar or travel by flight.
