Climate here is generally similar to the south coast of England, with a mild spring and autumn.

There is never a bad time to visit Bayeux and its beautiful sites. The shops and restaurants remain open all year. However, as an extremely popular destination, the summer months are often busy with queues for attractions and museums.

Generally there is a lull in activity in November, January and February, but the place is popular with Parisians and British tourists the rest of the time.
