Arromanches is still a small village and shopping facilities are slightly more limited in comparison to others towns such as Bayeux. However, Arromanches still boasts a great fish and oyster shop, selling their fresh catches of the day, art galleries and craft shops alongside a small boutique.

Boulangeries selling the lovely fresh baguettes are usually open daily from 7am, perfect for breakfast delights. Grocery stores usually open at 8am, boutiques, no later than 10am. All shops usually close for lunch for two hours from noon and afternoon opening lies between 2pm and 7.30pm. Most shops are closed all day on Mondays.
