Wicklow is the ideal holiday destination with fine sandy beaches, majestic mountains, rivers and lakes. Situated less than one hour south of Dublin city centre, it is easy to commute by rail, bus and motorway to this bustling city.

Wonder through Wicklow's fine countryside and wooded valleys or visit the ancient monastic settlement at Glendalough. The quaint village of Avoca is where the famous Ballykissangel TV series was filmed and if you visit Fitzgerald's pub, you can see pictures of the stars on the wall.

The main town in Wicklow is Bray which offers a lovely promenade leading to the foot of Bray head. There are a number of bars here with views over the ocean, a fantastic spot in the summer.
