Product Comment: We could not get into hotel at approx. 23:00 as there was no answer to the bell!!!! We had to access hotel via Ibis Styles (a few doors away) and the rear car park ! Receptionist was unrepentant!

Product Comment: We keep coming back to Great Escapes as they have never let us down. The Mecure was new to us, although we have visited Calais many times. It was very central and walking distance from some excellent restaurants.
Service Comment: As usual everything was well organised tickets etc arrived in pleanty of time.

Product Comment: As always, clean, well furnished, comfortable room with helpful, peasant staff and secure parking. What more to say?
Service Comment: This is the 1st time that I have been able to book on line without having to resort to the telephone. Although I miss talking to the girls, it was very quick and efficient.

Product Comment: We had a problem when paying 3rd night breakfast he said we had to pay for the other breakfasts to l showed him the voucher but he keep saying no no you have to pay very upsetting he went in the back then came back and said thats ok

Product Comment: The road works outside the hotel did not spoil our stay. In deed we felt sorry for the staff because it must have affected trade. The fact that the resturant was closed we also put down to the roadworks which "killed off" any passing trade. It will NOT stop us returning.
