Service Comment: This is a friendly and well run hotel. It's nice and relaxed. The only disadvantage are the food and drink prices, which are much too high compared with the rest of the town.

Service Comment: Would have been excellent but the chef was sick and so the restaurant was closed in the evening - we weren't told when we checked in so that was a bit of a disappointment. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Service Comment: The service was good on this occasion - we have had problems with a previous booking hence the good rather than excellent. However we are very pleased we gave Great Escapes another chance as this time everything went according to plan.

Service Comment: Only down side to this Hotel is the cost of parking in the undeground car park which has risen alarmingly since we first started using this hotel years ago.
