The Hotel Hermitage is a plush residence in the heart of the historic market town of Montreuil-sur-Mer.

This 17th century building, rebuilt under Napoleon III and then entirely restored in 2002 it retains all its original charm. This delightful hotel has 57 wonderfully comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Dine at ‘Le Jeroboam’ restaurant, or relax in the hotel’s bar.

Set in the heart of the delightful market town of Montreuil-sur-Mer, 13km from Le Touquet

Close to Calais, this hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxing short break in France. Montreuil-sur-Mer, a medieval port in the valley of the River Canche, was once one of the wealthiest ports in Northern Europe. Above the port on the 40m high chalk cliff stand the old walled town and market place, guarded by a Royal Castle. Victor Hugo also set his epic “Les Miserables” in Montreuil after a visit. The stylish resort of Le Touquet is close by.
